HI - TEK AUTO REPAIR INC.

Went over the summer to fix my 2016 Audi q3 (Ethan) overheating. Very skeptical at first because I had no experience with a mom and pop shop before. Ali is very knowledgeable and transparent when it comes to costs and procedures for repairs. He also reassured my concerns and treated me with good energy as he also owns an Audi. I felt treated like family. He has lots of family friends who visit his shop as well. A rare repair shop that you will not regret if you need some major work done and will give you the most honest prices too that other repair shops will never offer. Update: Ali if you read this I want to say thank you so much. As of writing my car tire flatlined on the highway 1/29 and now my car is being declared a total loss from the damages. Although it’s the end of my car I want to say thanks for the service you’ve done.

Not your regular mechanic. They work miracles here. No Bs No upselling, straight to the point & fix. Great mechanics, honest shop. Prices best in the city. You will never find another place this honest. Ali treats you like family and will go out of his way to give you the best prices & save you money AND time. I recommend him & his shop to everyone.

Impeccable service here at HI-TEK auto by Ali and his team. The first time I came here, my car was literally on the brink of falling apart and if i had driven any further I'd have to have it towed. But Ali made me feel comfortable and much more relaxed knowing my car was in good hands. He explains things patiently and is empathetic - as many times it is a very stressful situation you're in. I even had to do parent teacher conferences that day and with no way to get home, he let me use the office to sit for a few hours while my car was getting repaired. Their prices are very fair too. It feels reassuring knowing I have a knowledgeable kind, and fair mechanic. Can't recommend this auto shop enough!

Ali and his son are extremely friendly. To them, the customer is about everything, when I took my car, they walked me through the entire diagnostics. Showed me the actual problem and got me the cost right away. The amazing part of this auto garage is that, they don't charge you, not even for the parts, unless the car is fixed and ready to go. Amazing garage, will definitely recommend to go and ask for Neiman.

Honest, professional and very fair prices. I’ve been with them for 7 years now and Ali is like family to me. They know what they’re doing and will lay out your options for you. Very trust worthy mechanic overall. I would highly recommend.
