Called to get a quote on a repair and they offered to do an inspection to make sure what I thought was the issue was actually the problem. It turns out, my speculation of the issue was wrong and they saved me hundreds of dollars by diagnosing the correct issue instead of doing an expensive repair. I spoke to Rob the most (Dave was also friendly and helpful) and he was so helpful over the phone and took the time to explain my car's issues without trying to sell me things I don't need. As a women, this is super important to me as I've had poor experiences in the past that tried to take advantage of me and have avoided shops for many years because of it! I'm so happy I found Hi-Way tire to repair my suspension issues at a reasonable cost!

This is the best shop period. Very trustworthy. I have been coming to them for the past ten or so years, always have a good experience and can trust them for quality work. There is a reason they have been in business for so long - They do great work, are trustworthy, and take care of their customers!

Highly Recommend!!! Took my vehicle in for a full brake job because I have over 100K miles on the original brakes. They informed me that the brake pads were still better than 50% and didn't need to be replaced yet. I appreciate the honesty. Thanks David!

When I first moved to the area, my trucks wheels all of a sudden seemed to be out of balance. I thought wheel weights had fallen off. They informed me it was mud from the dirt road I lived on and didn't charge me for my ignorance. I recently had them replace my AC compressor. They had it finished in a few hours after they opened. I was happily surprised.
