Brett and Lori were great and I would not hesitate to use them again. My only complaint is that they don’t have a shop closer to Alabama 😃. I was in the middle of a long road trip and needed my RV AC and generator checked. I set up an appointment through the online portal. Brett called and confirmed what I needed and the dates and times. He went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. He communicated early and often throughout the entire process. They even checked on us after we left to make sure everything was working properly. Go see them for your RV and Auto needs!

Brett alway does a great job on our Motorhome. If you need work done on your RV or car this is the place to take it. Nice people and very knowledgeable! Honest and at a fair price is hard to find these days!

So the mechanic I use to use is no longer in the area and I just happened to come across High Desert auto and from the initial call talking to Lori, who has great customer service, to talking with Brett, I felt this could be my go to place for bigger jobs I don’t want to do. Not only did Brett find the issue but he did an inspection that showed bad motor mounts that was causing a grinding sound possibly due to engine sagging. After replacing the motor mounts, fixing coolant leaks and changing transmission fluid my 2015 Chrysler 200 3.6with 231,000 miles my car runs extremely smooth again. Don’t take your car to the dealer or anyone else, take it here. Thank you Brett n Lori.

We had a DEF issue with our motorhome on our way back to Florida, he was able to diagnose the problem and find a DEF sensor that was on back order. As soon as the part came in (4-5 days) he had us bring our motor home in and he had it fixed in about 4 hrs and we were on our way. I highly recommend Bret. We would probably still be stuck in California waiting for parts, in fact one service dealer said it would be 2 weeks be 2 weeks before we could bring out RV in, ust for him to identify the issue and he didn’t know how long it would take to get a DEF sensor, because it was on backlog
