“High Velocity” saved me from another body shop that was holding my car due to a ‘crash for $cash$’ accident on the Southern State, LI, NY. My front end was really bruised and battered, leaking radiator fluid.They rescued my car from that body shop, @LuxuryAutoBody, and brought it to their repair shop. I got a tour of the shop when I picked up my car, and it was amazing,and my car looked brand new. Thank you so much Marcella and Marshall! You will be highly recommended!

I want to give a big thanks to everybody at high velocity, especially Marshall and the women in the office. They have done everything to make my experience perfect. They went above and beyond with everything. They are the only shop that I’ve ever dealt with that was so straightforward and so honest, and made me feel at ease and like family thank you guys again and if anybody is looking for a shop to go to This one here high velocity auto would be the way to go. It is the only shop I would suggest 100% the work they do is phenomenal and their attitudes towards the work is comforting. I have to say hands-down best experience I have ever had or witnessed dealing with this shop. They helped me tremendously on even understanding what was going on and what had to happen while dealing With a situation I was going through. They went above and beyond, especially Marshall and the women in the office, they stayed in contact with me the whole time through the whole process even during after hours when their shop was closed and they should have been home I have never had such a good experience. The work that they do always comes out looking like a masterpiece. I now feel as if I am family with everybody over at high velocity if you want great service amazing work and straightforward honest people then this is the place to be going to. I had the pleasure of taking my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xE to High Velocity/Tru-Fix Auto Works for some needed body repairs after someone side swiped it while parked, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! From the moment I walked in, Ashley, Marcela and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Billy, one of the owners took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and explained the repair process in detail, which really put my mind at ease. They even had the rental car waiting for me so there was no waiting around. The turnaround time was quicker than I expected, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My car looks as good as new! They even took care of some minor issues I hadn’t noticed, which shows how attentive they are to the details. The pricing was fair, and they were transparent about any costs, so there were no surprises. I also appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process, ensuring I knew exactly where things stood.
