Do not waste your time or money here. If you do use them, I advise asking in advance for a clear timeline as to when your vehicle will be serviced. Get the work order in writing and up front. Make sure you do not use your own parts. They will charge you a 15% surcharge, and if the project is completed incorrectly, they've room to blame your equipment. DO NOT give this company any room for reasonable doubt. You will not find Mark and his partner to be clear communicators. They will not answer the phone, the work is poor, and returning to rectify mistakes or inquire about help is a God Damn nightmare. There's no honor in this business. Their word is a fart in a wind storm. It took them from Monday morning to Friday evening to install a sub. I was billed for 4 hours of work, and when asked why they needed the entire week, Mark and his partner were quick to point out that they were short staffed. They reiterated that they even worked in the evenings to get this done. Which, I guess, must be acknowledged. So, thanks, Mark and team, so much, for even working after hours over a 5 day period to complete this 4 hour project that you agreed to take on. You have truly gone above and beyond. Following this projects "completion," the sub lost power during the drive. It was difficult scheduling a return visit as they would not return my phone calls. Returning a week later, they told me the issue is a volume toggle that we had purchased. I told them I'll be taking the car elsewhere, and Mark told me he had gone ahead and disconnected the system back to "factory" for the next shop to take a look. Driving away from the shop, you could hear the sub playing at max volume, so was it unplugged? I brought our car here for professional experience. We paid our hard earned money for professional experience, and what we got was the most expensive circus ticket in Laramie's history because this place is a bunch of clowns.

All around terrible experience. The lack of communication, the quality of work, the condition of the shop, the time it took them to complete the asked project, the way they treated my spouse (especially the woman there). I couldn't think of one thing I liked about our experience. In the end I paid 600 dollars for 4 hours of labor that took 5 days to complete and drove away with a brand new subwoofer that didn't, and still doesn't work. When confronted they blamed Faulty equipment. Save your money and stress, go somewhere else. I assume their only in business because they do interlock installation for dui cases.

The team does good work and are good at calling if you specifically ask them to be, they just tack on fees to get the price higher than it needs to be. I got a radiator hose replaced. It only took them 30 minutes to do the replacement, but they charged me $108 extra for a 1 hour inspection. The total was $240 to spend half an hour installing a $25 dollar part that is held in by two screws at the top of the engine block. Definitely a little steep. I would have been totally happy to pay $175 or less. Overall a decent shop, you just have to be careful about how much they charge you after everything is said and done.

Mark and his team are very honest. They try to help even if you have a tight timeline. They stick to their estimates. They do quality work. We've been customers of theirs for ten plus years, and look forward to many more! Thank you guys!

I did not get much help with follow ups on the updates for repairs on my car. Most of the time I had to call and even then they almost never picked up. I had to walk 45 minutes from my hotel once to see what was up. If you are on the road and your car breaks down in Laramie I recommend looking elsewhere if you’re in a hurry to your destination. Otherwise you’ll be stuck in Laramie a whileee
