I'm very pleased with the work Highland Rd Collision did for me. They kept me updated on the progress of my repair, did a fantastic job, and finished a day early. I've lived in White Lake for 17 years and have used them more times than I like to count, and I've always been very satisfied.

I wanted so badly to have a good experience here. After 6 weeks (average now days) I was returned a truck that received no blending (See picture), over spray on the rubber seals between the doors, drips in the paint, rough tape lines and in my opinion rushed through sloppy work. I brought it back to address these concerns and was offered to fix some of the sloppiness but the other complaints were brushed off as "it is what it is". I was told to sell my truck because of its condition. I had to return to have my Tonneau cover actually attached to the truck! It was left loose and I discovered this after it moved on the truck on M59 at 50+mph! I also had to return to retrieve my belongings that were missing from the truck bed. I wasn't returned the small items in the drivers door that was replaced and I am missing my hitch that was in my truck bed. I am so disappointed in the work and follow through, I will NEVER recommend them or return. Update: removed my fender mudflap and the plastic piece that is supposed to be behind it was never re-installed. So sub-par. Note the over-spray in-between the door/fender in the photo.

Scott and his team at Highland Road Collision did a great job repairing my truck after a collision and had me back on the road ahead of projected timeline in about a week. There was a minor wiring issue that popped up with a fog light after I got the truck back and Scott took it right back in and fixed it immediately for me and even washed the truck. Very impressed and would certainly return in the future.
