Louie is the man when I say the best shop ever I mean it when my Mercedes got rear ended took it to the dealer they sent it there I tracked the car to the shop and went to investigate after the work they did I became a loyal customer unfortunately my Range Rover got in a hit and run it’s not done yet I was speechless with the results so far they took the wrap off on request

My 2015 Volvo S60 roof was scratched a few times at my garage. They parked it too far in under the lifts. Highline picked the car up on Monday, and returned it on Wednesday morning. The roof is perfect now. It looks brand new. And the car is 9 years old! They cleaned the car beautifully as well. Great work, guys! Thank you!

My review of Highline Auto Body: Senior Adjustor Louie Pierratos of Highline Auto Body is an awesome communicator, who calmed my nerves after my high end SUV was recently rear-ended in an accident. He explained the body work process, timeline and swiftly returned my vehicle back to me brand spanking new. Transparent and accountable with great results. Cost and timing estimates given on day 1 were accurate. Louis communicated clearly and responded quickly the whole way through. Recommend particularly for Volvo drivers as the job was done faster than other NYC Volvo certified locations were able to do. The commute from Manhattan to Highline was worth it for the excellent quality of service.
