I have always had Highline Service my BMW's, I recently went in for an oil change, arrived a few minutes early, and they took my car in right away. The Team is quick, efficient, and most importantly trustworthy and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how they take the time to explain the mechanics of the vehicle in a way that's easy to understand. It is clear they genuinely care about their customers and their cars. I "Highly"recommend them to my friends and family.

We are lucky in the sense we have 3 options to get our cars serviced in Albany area. Two dealerships and an independent. I have experienced all 3. Multiple different cars now. Highline are not perfect but they are the best of the 3. I am used to going back to the shop for they missed or something changed as a consequence. My engine changed at South Albany BMW took 3 visits and additional $2k and a fight over double invoicing of oil changes. Latham BMW $$$$ the crap out of me of constant miss diagnosis. E90 335i they changed plugs and injectors misdiagnose carbon build up and the latest my G05 x5 the heat went and they diagnosed and tried to sell me a $5000 repair of dash out and heater core replacement. Now Highline. My first visit made when they were in the middle of moving to the current location and the work they performed was OK but required me to return straight away and was not done to my liking or want. So I stayed away. But over the last 2 years they have changed. Most companies taking growing larger with less focus on customers and more on the bottom line. But this is not my experience. Dave the owner has made some really good decisions. Brad the service manager has always been my preferred service advisor at BMW Albany was always my preferred associate a people personality. And perfect for customer front experience. The tech that I met with instantly knew what the car issue and remedy was. I had additional software done on my car and they did an awesome job. I won’t be going back to either dealerships again. Sold on Highline. Please keep up the amazing work and progress.

I can’t say enough these guys. I own a 530 series and took it in to the dealer for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a multi point inspection and indicated that the rear differential seals were seeping and should be replaced. I asked the cost and was told approximately $3000. They also indicated that the work didn’t need to be done immediately but within a month or two. I decided to stop by Highland Motor Sports. They looked the seals over and said that the seals didn’t need to be replaced. They said to bring my car there for the next oil change and they would inspect the seals at that time. I just had the oil changed at Highland. They took me out to the shop and to my surprise there was absolutely zero damage to the rear differential seals. Stay away from dealers unless under warranty. For great service at a fair price, do yourself a favor and use these guys instead!!

If I could give Highline Motors an 11 out of 10, I would. I have serviced my BMW numerous times with these guys. First and foremost, their pricing is more than fair. After getting quotes from other BMW dealers around the Capital Region, they not only saved me thousands of dollars, but they were also very honest. They don’t recommend services you don’t need. The owner, Dave, is down-to-earth and genuinely cares about his customers. Needless to say, I will continue to service my vehicle here and skip the dealer!

Great experience! Never owned a BMW before and was warned of the maintenance costs. When my X3 eventually had a problem, I got a quote from them and the dealership... they were able to get the work done for half the price, within 2 days, and with excellent customer service. I will definitely be going to Highline again. A transparent and trustworthy shop.
