I took my car here with a leak coming from my transmission. The owner was extremely nice and came to tell me he found the leak and would put a new seal on that "should" fix it, so I left for a few hours and came back to get it. We placed a piece of cardboard under it when I got home to check if it leaked, the next day we looked and it was still leaking. My dad had me being it to him and after looking at it and cleaning it then driving it a little he was able to see it was leaking from around the refill plug where they had drained and refilled the transmission fluid. It has now stopped leaking but with that plug being barely put back on it could've drained all the fluid and locked up my transmission if we hadn't kept a watch on it. For all this it cost me almost $400 and when I called to tell them it was still leaking on the first day they were going to give me a price for a transmission. This is horrible work they did and when told they just wanted to price for more. The only reason for the star in my review are for the people be extremely friendly. I hope this let's everyone know to check behind their work.

What I like about this shop is that it’s a crew full of honest guys (and the nice lady who would answer the phones) telling you how it is and being respectful. I had a brake fiasco with my vehicle in which I had them test it out, figure out the issue, and correct the issue even though it was quite a few minutes past their 5PM closing time despite the vehicle being worked on by the LLC prior, but everything is sorted and situated thanks to Hightech Automotive. Thank you!

Earlier this year, I had my tires changed at Hightech Automotive, and a couple of days later, one of them went flat. It turned out they forgot something during the installation, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. To make matters worse, a brake pad they replaced less than a year ago is already worn out and needs to be replaced again, likely due to mechanic oversight according to my new mechanic. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected better attention to detail and quality for the price I paid. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Hightech Automotive based on my experience and encourage others to proceed with caution. I hope they improve their quality control to prevent issues like this for others in the future.

I have a Miata that had a CEL that other shops couldn’t figure out. Brought it to the good folks at Hightech. It did take a few weeks but they communicated to me what was going on the whole time. They took the time to Properly diagnose the code and got it fixed the right way the first time. Couldn’t be happier with the work done and the pricing was very clear with itemized receipt and billing. Front staff is very friendly and the techs know what they are doing. Don’t waste money if you have an issue, bring it to them they will get you right.

10/10 recommend Hightech! I got a service done and they looked everything over! When I did a repair, upon closer inspection I needed a new steering rack and felt like I was appropriately priced! I felt so happy when I got my car back, the steering was wildly easier. When I had an AC issue they looked at it and the tech taught me a trick to get it going as I needed my car for the weekend. After fixing the AC is silent and cool. Definitely my go to place to get a service done! They also mail coupons and I love a good coupon!! Front office ladies were sweet and professional! Wishing everyone here productive and easy days!
