I had one of the best experiences here… had an unfortunate situation while visiting family in the city, Mike Macoon along with his service team took it upon themselves to make me feel at home and repair my 2020 Honda Accord… kept in contact every step of the way. Great service.

They canceled my appointment without providing any explanation, which was disappointing. I had scheduled a recall appointment, and they simply sent an email saying it was canceled without any details as to why. I had hoped my experience would be different despite the negative reviews, but unfortunately, they seem justified. While I’ve had great experiences with their express service center, this location has been the complete opposite.

My 21 year old daughter took her Honda Civic in for brakes. It worked out to be too expensive so I told her to take back the car and we’d take it elsewhere to get the brakes done. They were upset that we took the car back so they removed the vehicle registration sticker that we put on the windshield in June 2024 with expiration June 2026 and replaced it with a sticker that says expired June 2024. I imagined this was done so she wouldn’t notice and get tickets on her car. I am extremely disappointed and upset with the lack and level of service at this place. I have a right to change my mind as a customer. This was disgusting. Shame on you Hillside Honda Service Department. No one should ever have to experience anything like this, no one! Zero stars if that’s a possibility. Worst experience in all my years of driving.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As many as you know, the fuel pumps on 2018-2022 Honda Accords have been recalled for the last year. After parts were finally available to all, I made an appointment to have it replaced at 10am. I was promised that the car would be finished and ready for pick up at 5pm. At 4:30pm I got a call and was told that my car was not serviced and would not be finished today, after wasting time and money to travel to the dealership. I was greeted rudely by a representative named Justin who threw the release form across the counter and didn’t say a word to me. He also made no attempts to rectify the situation, and didn’t even offer a simple apology for the inconvenience. On top of that, when the car was finally in my possession, I discovered that my dashcam was unplugged - what were they trying to hide?

An oil change took 3.5 hours after making an appointment. Do not expect fast service, recommend using another vendor if you need minimal service like an oil change.
