If I had an option to give out more than 5 stars i would! I do not know how Hines mobile repair can even get negative reviews and 1 stars as what a fantastic and excellent service Aaron and George did for my vehicle. As a 1st time new guest, I called Aaron told him everything of what the issue was with my vehicle. Aaron listened and told me what I exactly needed to get my vehicle fixed. Aaron is was very professional and communicated on what parts i needed to get my vehicle fixed. I had to get a new alternator that needed to be replaced and my vehicle was not operational. I called and texted Aaron explained to him that my vehicle was not driveable Aaron stated he will come to me, we setup a place we can meet to get the vehicle fixed. Aaron and George arrived on time to the location i told them were the vehicle was at, they diagnosed my vehicle and told me what the issue is and what I exactly needed. They were quick and took there time to make sure that they got the job done and right. t They did a drive test and reinspected everything in the vehicle to make sure there were no other issues. Nowadays, you do not see that in mechanics that the way how Aaron and George took very good care of my vehicle and of me being a 1st time guest. I wish every mechanics were like Aaron and George they are honest, very hard working, they give a reasonable and affordable prices, they do not upcharge you by charging you an arm and a leg to tell you to get extra parts for the job to get the vehicle fixed, they focus on what needs to be fixed and if something else comes into there attention that needs to be fixed they will let you know. I was very amazed the way how they took care of me and they saved me a fortune on my vehicle repairs. My vehicle drives as it is brand new coming out of a car dealership show room. I highly recommend Hines Mobile Auto Repair for your vehicles to be fixed and the great part is that they are mobile they come to you. I am going to recommend my friends and family to use Hines Mobile Auto Repair, I am never going to the dealership anymore, I am going to be using there services for a very long time now whenever I am in need to get my vehicle fixed. Thank you Aaron and George keep up the hard work and thank you for your service!

I got into a bit of trouble doing my brakes, and Aaron was able to come fix the problem and save me from being towed. Took care in the work, and the price couldn't be beat! Will definitely be a repeat customer

Had a great first-time experience with Hines Mobile Auto Repair. Spoke to Aaron, told him exactly what I needed, front and back rotters and pads, full synthetic oil change. He pick up my vehicle and had it back to me in 4 1/2 hours. Aaron was great to speak to, he was honest and straight forward. He did not try to up sell me on parts or labor. His price could not be beat. I will definitely use his service again. I strongly recommend him. Thanks again!

Aaron was absolutely amazing. I was a little skeptical since every time we called he would say 20 more minutes but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. After meeting and talking to him, he genuinely wants to help people with what he can. A very dedicated and honest person for sure (except for his timing)

My truck broke down on me on Sept. 29 and I called Aaron up who said he would be out that same day to take a look at my truck. He said I would have to send him half of his diagnosis fee for him too show up. I then sent him the money via cash app and he said he'd be to me by 2pm. I called around 3pm to ask if he's getting close as he still hasn't shown up and said he had to fix a flat tire and then I was next. 6pm rolls around and I never hear anything from him and figure he isn't showing up. He doesn't reach out and reschedule the following day so I reach out and ask for my money back. He asks where to refund the money to and I respond with my cash app. A week goes by and I still hadn't received my refund. Oct 9 I ask if he still plans on sending me my money back and he says I will have it back by Monday October 14. It's Oct 18th now and I've tried reaching out again since then but got ignored. Long story short, I don't recommend this business as he will take your money and never show up.
