Hipp's Truck Trailer & Equipment Repair

Called Hipp's late in the afternoon with a truck down on the side of the interstate. He showed up quickly took care of the truck. He was quick to respond and communication was great. He uses common sense and discusses the problem with you instead of just sending someone who doesn't know what they're doing. I highly recommend Hipp's for truck repair.

Craig is a great guy, he found the problem and took care of it right away….. We was on the Mountain going up, he came right away and had his contacts on hand. Got us back up and running in two days. On top of that, looked out for us got us discount on stay and had someone take us to the room and back to shop. Everyone was great with us…. Our truck is back in business thankful for him and his help, he is on top of his game.

Called - Brian answered the phone and got all my questions taken care of with no fuss. There's always a big difference with a 5 star rated business vs something like a 4.2-4.6. They deserve their rating.

I ran through some standing water in my 2019 Volvo which broke the coolant lines to my def system. Hipps responded quickly and was able to bypass the def cooler and get me running quickly. This gentleman is easy to work with and fairly priced. Definitely recommend him for your repair needs!

I had an exceptional experience with Hipp’s Truck Trailer and Equipment Repair. Brian was extremely helpful, honest, and punctual. The prices are very competitive, and he managed to get me a new set of Goodyear tires for my horse trailer cheaper than anyone else around. What impressed me the most was that he came out and installed them on the trailer where I had it parked, so I didn't have to bring it to his shop. He priced out the tires and did all the leg work for us. We had an extra tire, and he even got us an additional rim so we would have a spare tire. On a separate occasion, we had an issue on a Sunday with a cracked rim. Brian came out, swapped the tire with our spare, and checked all the other tire pressures on both the truck and trailer free of charge. His honesty, fairness, competitive pricing, and willingness to help when nobody else would is unmatched. To anyone showing at the Tryon International Equestrian Center or anywhere in the area, I 100% recommend Hipp’s Truck Trailer and Equipment Repair for any truck and trailer issues you may have while you’re here!
