My experience with Hoffman Auto Repair was one like many others, an unexpected expense. My vehicle faltered at a costly time, but they are amazing people and did for me, a complete stranger what not many shops would do. They went above and beyond for me, eating the cost of most of the repairs to get my vehicle back on the road. It says a lot about the owner of the shop and the quality of work they do. I have never been treated more fairly and will continue using Hoffman Auto Repair for all my vehicles service and needs.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. I dropped my vehicle off one week ago, owner stated he would get in touch the following week. 7 days later I called he said “You’re going to have to take it somewhere else, I don’t know what’s wrong with it.” I had to call him twice in order to even get an update. when I picked up my vehicle, it was in the same exact spot with snow and ice covered on it. Extremely unprofessional, did not communicate. It seems they can not handle the business they are receiving so, they lie to you. You are better off finding a shop that actually cares about their clients.

I have used Hoffman Auto for few years now and consider it my place to go when van needs help. If you are looking for a place to call home for car repairs this is it. They are all the good things you want-professional, friendly, very knowledgeable. Probably not the cheapest. They are better than the cheapest-they are fair and honest. They have kept my old van safe and still going. You should give them a try.

They did fantastic work on my Kia 2014 forte most mechanics went to is going to have it for 2 or 3 days they got it back to me in 2 hours that is my new mechanic place Hoffman Auto repair

5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were passing through and our alternator belt broke off. We thought we’d have to get a hotel and leave our car at a shop overnight. Luckily, Kris was able to squeeze us in and get us back on the road in no time. He even brought us cold gatorades and candy for the kids while we waited. Great customer service, I highly recommend this shop!
