Amazing and fast service from James. Our Freshman daughter from Clemson needed some service for her car. We called and James said to bring it over and he would try to help. He was so good that she didn't even have time to get out of her car before he diagnosed and repaired two separate issues. Cost was very reasonable and service was incredible. James is an awesome mechanic & a good person! He takes pride in what he does for a living you can tell when you meet him! He’s honest, fast & very reasonable with his pricing but overall he’s your man to call when your in a bind with a vehicle prob that needs immediate attention like my jeep had this week! He let me bring it in Sunday checked out my dangerous jeep wobble steering issues in a few hours he told me I needed a new track arm he had it delivered next morning on Monday & had me on the road happily without that worry!! Cam’t thank you enough James fior your kindness & your immediate response to my problem with my wrangler! I def have myself a new mechanic now thanks to you! Blessed & appreciate you so much! Was screwed over by previous shops building this car. Brought it to James he got me right with a new LS swap Holley efi and pro dash install… couldn’t be happier with the service and communication definitely wouldn’t trust any other shop but Hometown Car Care for all of my vehicles… thank you again

I highly recommend James for your car care needs! I needed headlights replaced (not bulbs but the entire light). I was told by another mechanic that I needed a body shop. However, James popped those bad boys in there with no problem! He saved me a lot of money and I would definitely use him again!

Water pump failed while my son was 400 miles from home the last day of family vacation. James repaired the 2013 dodge ram fast ( 2.5 hours) and very professionally. Highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you Mr James!
