Very poor customer service. When I called this shop in January I told them I am a doordasher and my van is my work. He said he understood. I also told him the front right was grabbing and pulling. I was also getting codes for runner control valve issues. I knew what needed to be done to fix this issue. He indicated he had a vehicle in his lot to be fixed that was the same as mine and that he knew these vehicles. He told me to bring it on Monday and they would get to it as soon as possible. His as soon as possible was 3 WEEKS. Had I known this I would not have left my vehicle. I would have found another shop. Also, if I had gone inside his shop I would never have left it there. One of the 2 bays was piled with junk and so was the front of the shop. He had 3 men working on one car on a very small, cramped space with no lift. Totally unorganized. When I did pick up my van he said he had to order 2 more parts but it was drivable. He also said he turned off the service light and fixed the runner control issue. As soon as I got on the road the light came back on. I plugged in my code reader and got the same codes. I called him the next week and told him. He said the parts came in. Told when I could bring the vehicle back and it could take a couple of days. I told him he had two days only. I could not afford any more time not being able to work. He replace one part because there not two. Over the 3 weeks I dealt with him I had to make it clear I wanted an itemized bill. In the end the only thing fixed was my ABS system. The runner control was not replaced, the right suspension is not fixed and he put the wrong oil in my vehicle. So after losing nearly $1500 by not being able to work and paying $600 for repairs I still have to find a mechanic to fix the issues I took it to him for.

Was driving up 71 N for a work trip in Cleveland when my flap came loose. Called here and they stopped what they were doing to help me out and get me back on the road for my meetings. Huge help and very thankful. They did a great job!

Were honest and saved me money from being wasted and looked out for my family through the whole process.

This place is good if you want a low cost mechanic for your older vehicles, but they don't have the proper equipment to diagnose and work on newer vehicles. I had an 2005 Suburban that needed brake lines and fuel line replaced after rusting out and because it wasn't done as a continuous line custom bent off a roll. It never stopped leaking afterward due to all of the coupling joints. The repair was definitely not worth the $1550 that I paid.
