This service center was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The service advisors are extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve had numerous bad experiences in the past, with other Service centers from other Vehicle manufacturers, and this Honda Service Center is nothing short of amazing. Plenty of room/space to relax and read a book while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. They’ll arrange for transportation if you need it. They’re also extremely fast. I needed a simple NYS inspection and Maintenance service. It was less than 1hr. I absolutely recommend booking an appointment in advance. They were very busy when I arrived, but I didn’t feel like my needs were delayed in anyway.

Had a great experience at the Honda City Service Department. Five stars to my service advisor Casandra who was very understanding with my concerns. She explained and made sure I understood all the services that was being done on my car. She kept me updated along the way. Five stars to the evaluation and the repair that was done perfectly.

broke my dash cam, didn’t properly install my back seat, didnt know to do a proper inspection. and didnt do anything to reimburse me for my broken dashcam that worked once i came in and didnt when i got the car back. Half ass workers who dont care for customers cars.
