One of the reviews of the Honda of Manhasset stealers hip…and it’s not miss spelled !!! That’s the dealership I purchased my 2025 CRV sport touring from and has the other review of that experience. This one is for their service department. I called them and told them that I do have 2 letters from Honda for both recalls on the car and my has sticky steering and suspension problem, also told them that I’m going for a over 500 mile road trip on December 24. They made the appointment for me on December 19 at 8:45am. When I come there Chet Lee service advisor told me that they can definitely take care of one of the recalls which is the fuel pump, but he’s not sure if they have the parts for the steering. When I told him that it’s not what I heard yesterday and my problem is the steering and suspension and I took a day off for it and drove there for 1.5hours andI’m going for the 500miles road trip on the 24th, he checked with parts department and assure me that they’ll take care of everything. I was waiting there for 3.5 hours and then he called me and said that my car is ready, I asked him if I’m ready for my trip and he said definitely and wished me a nice holidays. I asked for the pepper work and was told that it’s in the vehicle. On the way home I realized that my car has exactly the same problem that I came with and pulled over and started looking for the pepper work which I couldn’t find. Called him again and he said that it’s impossible I should look again also he said it’s not a big deal he’s going email it to me in 5 minutes. OK So I vent there for absolutely nothing and took the day off my work while spend half of it at the stealership!!! I DON’T KNOW ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE BUT I’ll never ever go there again!!!

Horrible, overcharges you, the problem doesn't get better regarding your car, no point of having an appointment, manager is rude and gets agitated when you ask questions. Absolutely horrible, used to be okay a few years ago, guess that's what happens, when you hire horrible and greedy staff who lack knowledge. Better off buying a Nissan since the service center is exceptional there, regret buying a Honda from this location to deal with people like this. I am going to dispute my charge and complain to Corporate. Horrible staff, just incredibly unprofessional.

I didn’t get the person’s name who works at the parts department but he was very down to earth. I would definitely recommend the parts department if you are looking for genuine Honda parts.

This Service center! Service Advisor: Mac 🔥🔥🔥 Mechanics: who ever you guys are! 🔥🔥🔥 Loaner Car 🔥🔥🔥 Manager & Asst Manager 🔥🔥🔥 They fixed my 2023 civic which Hillside honda cannot fixed after 3 trips of coming back to them. My car stayed with them for 7days and gave me a loaner after my car stayed there for 2days. They’re trying to find the issue why my car kept on having a dead battery after its off for 5hrs ++ for 2days even if my battery is okay, and i think for the 3rd day they said Honda Engineers are now involved through conference call to properly diagnose the issue. Long story short they found the issue, i think they need to replace the Vcm if i remember it correctly and they fixed it On the 6th day! My Service Advisor always updates me everyday! Imo if my car gets Lemon its okay, Atleast i can feel that this dealership tried to fixed it compare to Hillside honda. Mechanics Thank you for not giving up on my car!
