Honda of Stevens Creek Service Center

I booked an appointment online and chose any advisor. Valentin was assigned to be my advisor. He is super friendly off the bat, answered any questions I had. The one thing I value in great service from any establishment is good communication. Valentin was awesome at keeping me updated on the status of my car, and especially any delays with parts that were needed for my Honda Fit. I've had a few other advisors from the service center and all have been exceptionally great. I don't believe any customer will be disappointed with them. They are certainly doing something right to keep customers in the loop. Thanks again Honda for another great experience.

Had an appt for routine oil change maintenance, not sure why it took 25 mins to get checked in, but thankfully Taylor stepped up and quickly had my vehicle checked in and serviced. I believe my original service advisor I scheduled was with another customer but no communication was relayed to me. In any case I am glad service advisors like Taylor took the initiative and address the issue and had my vehicle service smoothly and efficiently. Thank you for your transparency and professionalism.

I took my vehicle in to have major routine service done on it. The associate arranged for a rental car and it all went smoothly. I only trust Stevens Creek Honda dealer to work on my car. I bought my vehicle from this dealer and have only had them work on my car for oil changes and any other maintenance work. They always perform a thorough service and accommodate the customer. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a great experience taking my Honda Pilot for a recall issue to Honda of Stevens Creek. I was able to schedule service within one hour from my call, my advisor was very prompt and courteous, and they completed the service in half the time they originally estimated. Overall I was very happy with my experience there. One minor annoyance: their AI phone answering system missed one of my responses the first time I called to schedule my appointment, and that threw it off for a loop. It kept asking the same question, I kept answering it, and it couldn’t get it. And there was no way to get to an operator. It felt like I was on candid camera. In the end, it hanged up on me. The second time I called, though, everything went smoothly.

Honda had a recall issue for my model of Honda and since I was not able to get it taken care of by my regular Honda mechanic I needed to go to a dealer. In the past I went to a different dealer but did not like the service they provided. So I decided to try Honda of Stevens Creek a try. From the first phone call to schedule my appointment to dropping off my car and getting a shuttle ride home, it was a very pleasant and smooth process. I was left with the impression that their service department is very well run and I may have to consider changing mechanics now!
