The service was great. Mark was super pleasant and the guy that took my car was very helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I don't know who adjusted my seat but they dropped it and leaned it all the way back. I still haven't been able to put my seat back the way I had it. The passenger seat was also reclined but for what reason I don't know.

I've had my 2017 Honda Pilot serviced here for a couple of years now and I can honestly say that they've really improved the wait times. I've never felt trapped or pressured into spending more money than I have to. The shuttle service is a huge plus. Great people here. I refuse to go to a different Honda dealer.

Once I arrived, the servicemen greeted me with a warm smile and took my car. They managed my car and I'm grateful have no complaints. My car received white glove treatment. I felt confident that even though it would take three hours. I could rest assured to leave it in the hands of Honda. I requested and was granted a complementary ride home. This allowed me to complete the remaining chores and errands necessary. Thanks, Honda.

My 2018 Honda Clarity PHEV Touring has a check engine light on the dashboard. I checked the error code using an OBD2 reader and found that it is code P26A3. Accordingly, my car needs work as outlined in Service Bulletin 18-090 (dated October 17, 2019). This only involves updating the PCM software, nothing else. For this “work,” they want nearly $200. I don’t even know what to say—it sounds like a bad joke, but they are completely serious. This is outright robbery. They’re going to plug a f-g cable to my car and update the firmware for $200 without even getting their gloves dirty? No, absolutely not. It’s just a robbery! Stay away from them. Upd: Yes, I didn’t service my car with you. I came, found out the price, freaked out, then left.
