Literally the best car care experience I’ve ever had. My car hasn’t had a normal braking system in years! There was always something wrong even after numerous shops worked on it. This place finally made my car feel like a normal functioning safe car. The tech I spoke with the most was so professional and welcoming. He went out of his way to fix something extra inside my car without me even asking! I definitely got my moneys worth here and feel more than satisfied with the work I received. I will be back for sure!

My wife and I have both had service done here and in both cases it was simply outstanding. Both of our cars have transitioned from new car service at the dealership to finding a local shop we can trust. I can honestly say that the level of service and the genuine care shown at this establishment is unprecedented compared to the dealership experience. My wife had the oil changed on her car. They dropped her off, picked her up when the car was ready and it was done in the time promised. They inspected and recommended some additional items that were due per the mileage but didn’t push them hard. My car needed new brakes and it’s a unique vehicle. I dropped it off and got a ride home - Jordan is super nice. I got a call around noon letting me know the pricing because it was higher than normal. It was consistent with previous brake work so I wasn’t shocked but I appreciated the call. I was told it would be done “by the end of the day” and it was ready at 3:00. Honest-1 is a local business that does excellent work and supports the community. We all need to support businesses like this!!

Honest1 is incredible and perfect. They never fail to provide impeccable service. I trust the staff completely, and I am so grateful to have a place to take my car where I never need to worry. They are always helpful and go above & beyond. I am moving out of Georgia, and I am going to really miss them. They are irreplaceable. Thank you, so much, Honest1, for taking such great care of my Honda for the past few years.

These guys are awesome! Never will you get such a transparent inspection on your vehicle like they do here. They send you detailed pictures and descriptions of everything they check and do. Bravo! Special thanks to Jordan and Conner for being great communicators. Additionally thank you to the techs they in the shop too! Great work!

I love honest auto ~ They live up to their name every time. Regardless of whether I’m having an emergency or simply need to maintain the quality of my vehicles, they always come through. They are the best of the best of the best! Ask for Rebecca when you walk in; I promise you that she will take care of your vehicle beyond your wildest dreams! At a price that is commensurate with the budget that the previous administration forced us to create!😉

These guys rock. Super professional group with fair prices. My situation was a difficult one in that parts were very hard to track down (discontinued pulleys on a supercharged system.) They were super patient and helpful throughout the entire process. This was my first time using them and chose based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and can confirm the hype. Honest, professional and quality work.
