GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!! Originally called honest Johns yesterday morning spoke with Duskin and explain that we had 2 broken belts and needed assistance. From the very beginning he told me that he could get it done no problem, but that it would be hard finding parts with it being New Year’s Day! He then went on to explain that he could get them first thing in the morning and did just that!! he sent me a message first thing this morning explaining that he found the parts and can move forward with approval!! All at a honest price with honest technicians!!! Thank you guys will definitely be calling you from here on out!!

Feel like we were duped by so called honest John. We broke down on the highway and upon initially reaching out, honest John’s was eager to help. However, once we got a tow into town (towed to literally right outside their shop) they completely changed their tone and barely got back to us for the next 36 hours. It was pitiful and incredibly frustrating. It was clear they were only eager to help when the potential fee for roadside service was available. We were literally broken down to get outside their shop and no one was willing to stop by and give us help, even when that was initially promised. Thankfully there are other auto shops in needles. But honest John’s was definitely not our savior.

My truck broke down, and I was stuck figuring out what to do next. Luckily, I managed to get it towed to their shop the night before, and they were on it first thing in the morning. The shop is right next to a motel, which was super convenient since I needed a place to crash. Communicating with them was easy, which really helped lower my stress levels. The mechanic, his name is Kid, was a standout—super friendly and down-to-earth guy. Drove around town to find the right parts for me so I can get home to my family. I'd definitely recommend Honest John’s Repair Shop if you're ever in a bind and need a reliable mechanic.

Very very good people 👍 was broken down waiting on a mechanic from Bakersfield since morning time that never showed up, decided to give Honest John a call and he was here within 10 minutes ready to fix my truck and also brought Gatorade’s and waters for me and my dog would definitely recommend to anyone in the area 10/10
