Had a blown tire on the Ohio Turnpike early this Saturday morning. Austin came out and worked really fast to get me going, did an awesome job, and was super polite and went above and beyond to help get me rolling. Super happy with these guys and will readily recommend them to any of my fellow drivers. Thanks again Austin, keep up the great work!

Broke a belt on The Turnpike a few miles short of the rest area. That had a domino effect that caused secondary repairs. Both Seth & Jared were prompt, personalble, knowledgeable, extremely professional. They went above & beyond what their job requires to get me rolling again, I run steel on the Turnpike quite often, I now have Hook & Haul's business card attached to my visor..Just in case!!

Had a wonderful roadside experience with Austin. He was the first road tech to get my cones up And hook my trailer back up for me. So I didn't have to get out on the dangerous highway. He did a great job, was very fast and polite...way to go Austin. Good job!

Seth was so quick, efficient, and helpful! He came quickly to repair 2 tires on my 18 wheeler; got me back up & rolling in no time! Whenever I’m in Ohio, if I ever get a flat, I’m calling Seth at Hook & Haul ASAP! :)
