Imadeddin was sent to unlock our car to help us retrieve our keys from the trunk. Not only did he help get our car open quickly but he stayed with us until we could get the trunk open. We had 3 kids with us and he was incredibly helpful. He even tried to look up videos on YouTube to help us. He was great! If I could rate him 10 stars, I would!

These guys are scums, first off their driver can't even drive manual. Secondly, the driver angled my car for some odd reason causing him to rip the bumper, called them about it and got offered $100 with them saying "just get clips from ebay" WHEN MY BUMPER was clearly hanging from my car and I had to zip tie it to keep it up. Afterwards, went through Triple A since they were the ones who acquainted Hope Towing and I had gotten two quotes; $900 and $1374 to repair it. They then proceeded to claim "car bumper was broken from the start" WHEN I HAVE PICTURES OF MY BUMPER CLEARLY UNTOUCHED AND CLEAN beforehand. Now they are telling me to go to court to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM LOW LIFE COMPANY.

This has to be the worst towing company triple A has!!! Please ask when you’re calling for service who they are sending cause this company is NOT IT… How you cancel a tow in the middle of a tow! The worst! Then send someone who doesn’t speak any English! Ugh
