First time here and the service and pricing did NOT disappoint. The team was fast, very professional, and friendly — I felt welcome, and Hrant welcomed me and took good care answering questions, etc. My Honda dealership wanted $530 to replace my rear brakes — Hrant did that AND did a synthetic oil change for $317! Incredible work for such a HUGE savings in price. I’ll definitely be back, and urge anyone and everyone considering to come here as well. They’ve earned my business, along with my fiancée’s.

They took me right in with no appointment I was unsure if my back or front breaks were going bad or both they didn’t try to over charge me they let me know it was my rear breaks and gave me a fair price . I’ll recommend them to my friends in the future and I’ll be back if I have any other auto needs *

I've just moved to LA and the last month has been a non-stop nightmare wherever cars are concerned (getting my US license, trying to buy CA car insurance without a 14-day waiting period, smacking the door handle the first few times I tried to change gear in a LHD car, traffic). I was resigned to having a bad time with the mechanic too, but to my relief, it was an absolute breeze taking my new-to-me car in for its first service at Hrant's. Called on a Friday afternoon and Hrant was able to book me in for Monday morning. He gave me a quote in person when I handed over my keys, looked over the car, and called me within half an hour to run me through an itemised list with a cost breakdown. He shared his recommendations for what he felt was highest priority, and what could wait. With 180k miles and no service records, I'd factored a chunky maintenance bill into my purchasing budget, but the quote was very fair (even after I converted it to AUD!) and the turnaround time was spot-on. I don't know what magic they do there, but they are very efficient despite how busy they are! I received a handwritten invoice at payment that reflected the quote he gave me over the phone, along with some notes on what we could address next time. I appreciated not feeling pressured into doing everything at once — I feel like Hrant invests in longterm relationships with his clients, and it's nice knowing he's on your team to keep you safe and your car running for hundreds of thousands of kilometres. Going to the mechanic can often be a very gendered experience, and I sometimes feel condescended or defensive because I hate being treated like I don't know anything about cars. But Hrant is a really chill guy! The other staff member I spoke to at the shop was also super friendly and helpful. Also very reassuring to find out Hrant has the same car! I figure he's a busy guy, so the last car he'd want is one that requires a lot of work...

First of all Hrant is a great guy and a superb business man. He and his team did a great brake job for me and had my truck in and out of the door in less time than estimated. Not only are they quick, but are fair with their estimated costs all the way to the invoice at the end. I needed help with other items on my truck and he even recommended me to other reputable shops that could take care of those items that he does not specialize in. He does business the way I would expect a professional mechanic shop to operate. I cannot say enough great things about Hrant and his team. I would recommend 10 times out of 10.
