Hugo Auto Repair: friendly, accommodating, quick turn arounds, and very fair pricing. Bi-lingual: English & Spanish I was in need of a local mechanic after going to Nissan maintenance services for years. I needed a few fluid replacements but I kept being turned away by every garage I went to. Most places tend to be stand offish and seem to be upset when you walk onto their business, as if you’re an inconvenience to them. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Hugo Auto Repair. They were super friendly from the moment I arrived, much more welcoming. When I explained what I was looking for, they made accommodations to take care of me within just a few hours. I was in and out in about 2 hours. Plus I asked if they can take a look at my stabilizer because I had suspicions it had been giving me issues. So not only did they take me right on the spot but also took my last second request gracefully. My liquids were changed and the new stabilizers I needed were taken care of too. They had all the parts in house! Again, all within a few hours. I have to give my biggest thanks to Raul, Hugo and Victor. Raul did amazing work on my car and even walked me through his process and findings. They have very fair pricing and I don’t sense any ill will in their business dealings. Hugo Auto Repair provided 5-Star service. Everyone wants to find a trustworthy mechanic who won’t abuse their knowledge and secretly hike up rates - I believe I found my trustworthy mechanics. I won’t be going back to Nissan’s dealership anymore. No more rude attitudes and hiked up rates for me! 🧰 🛠️ 💪🏽 🚗 👨‍🔧 EDIT: I just had my 2nd visit 2 weeks from my original posted review, this time my 10 year old muffler system needed repair. I can’t fully express how much I love these guys! A job that I thought would take days to complete, they did overnight. These guys go above and beyond and are truly special. I also love that they print/email receipts for you, unlike other places. For someone like me, having a receipt available also helps me track my car’s maintenance so much better. These guys are the best! Shout outs to Hugo, Raul & Victor!!!

I’ve been going to Hugo’s since I got my first vehicle back in 2017. I recently got another ride after 2 yrs without and without thought went back and was welcomed by the man himself. Top notch service all the time and I’d recommend him to anyone.

Man lied about the price then when they finished tried to pretend like we never had a conversation about another price and extremely rude and disrespectful. Blocked me before I even got my car back. I had to go and find out if it was done. And it wasn’t! And the worst part somebody stole $150 out my glove compartment and then the guy that was being rude on the phone wasn’t even there to answer for my missing money. These guys are frauds

Excellent Service! Hugo and his team care for their customers greatly and are paitent/ excellent communicators. While getting repairs they treated our car as if it were their own! We would'nt want to go to any other autoshop!

10/10, 7 stars!, and firm handshakes; to Hugo Auto Repair, they are definition of real, honest, and of course beyond hardworking business! All of the staff from the very beginning are helpful with your request; through the repair process, and making sure they speak to you about your car issue and of course what may be best option for repair. That's true customer service and one of a kind that is not common today; much respect to Hugo and all the staff there! Thank you all once again. As for the cost/price, always remember it's a SKILL to repair cars and for a great and honest job; the price is and should not be a problem (you need to know what's needed for your car right? YES, you do); and yes they will communicate that to you ahead of time; so don't worry get there first and see for yourself. Work done by Hugo Auto Repair- alternator change, belt change, oil change, AC recharge/working. Car feels brand new and running better than before. P.S-If you are still reading this review; I will tell you once again Hugo Auto Repair are the ones to go to for your car repair. Don't question yourself; come correct, be patient, explain what's going on with your car, hear their advice and decide what is best for repair.
