I had a small front bumper repair needed on my 4runner. A different shop quoted me $2200 and said I had to replace the bumper and repaint. Jose and Kenny at Hunter took a look at it and told me to order a new bracket from Toyota ( to save on the uncharge to Hunter if they ordered it) and when I had it, I called and Jose got me in the next day. It took Kenny less the 30 min to replace the broken bracket and they had me on my way!! So simple and easy!! Super nice guys and they saved me a bundle of money!! Highly recommend them!!

Took in my 2023 Subaru Ascent for a collision repair estimate. My poor vehicle had only 9300 miles when person driving beside me decided to abruptly change lanes and ultimately cause over $12,000 in damage. The estimator and manager at this shop have instituted such an easy process to schedule and repair my vehicle. They took care of everything with contact to the affected insurance company and to resolve unexpected additional repair costs. The entire process was effortless for me! My wife and I were still saddened to realize our new vehicle was no longer the same as far as value after an accident. Not to worry, though! Jeff provided me a tip about seeking a “diminished value claim” with the responsible party’s insurance carrier. Not an easy process to take-on the insurance company, but followed a referral to company that specializes in these type claims. Needless-to-say and four weeks later, along comes a check for $6,000 check to resolve the claim. I wager to say, not many people know about this claim process. The insurance companies won’t volunteer information about diminished value claims, unless you ask them!!! My gratitude to the professionals at Hunter Subaru Collision Repair for their advice and quality workmanship. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Such a wonderful group of people to do business with. Jose was so easy to talk to and get a hold of. Explained things very well and I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle and when I’d have it back. I felt like they truly cared for my best interest. Definitely recommend working with Hunter Collision Center.

Absolutely ridiculous place, however much time they say it will take triple it. Nobody is in charge, you have to stay on the workers like you're there boss or you will not get your car back. The shop manager is completely aloof and could not care less about his job. Do not bring your car here.

After spending half a day in back-and-forth exchanges with my insurance company, I was exasperated. Having never made an insurance claim before, the process felt confusing and a bit overwhelming. When Jeff asked, 'What can we do to help you?' it felt like a breath of fresh air. Jeff and Jose went above and beyond to assist me, even when they had no obligation to do so. They took the time to explain the repair process and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Jeff even called to check if I made it home safely when a severe storm passed through shortly after I left the shop. This level of care is rare and speaks volumes about their client service mentality. At Hunter Collision Center, the Golden Rule isn't just a saying—it's how they operate. I can't recommend them highly enough.
