Highly Recommended! We found ourselves with an overheating vehicle in midtown Manhattan - nearly two hours from our home- on a Sunday night. We found Hybrid Auto-Tech via a Google Search. We were able to get the car to the garage, where after a short wait, they were able to locate the issue and provide a fix that would allow us to return home safely. They did this much quicker than any garage in my area would do it and they did it at an incredibly fair price. They could have charged me 2 or 3 times what they did , but they are very honest and transparent. They showed me the issue, the repair, and advice on how to handle long term. I could not be happier with the service and especially the transparency. I would recommend the garage and its employees to anyone who needs car services in the area. 5 stars

I have some issues with this place’s policy on transparency. I asked via phone to get a quote on some work on my car and they asked me to drive my car in so they can look at it. After they looked at it they said they could not perform some work so they suggested me to go elsewhere. However, just as I was about to leave they wanted to charge $175 for just taking a look at it. I told them no one even mentioned to me there would be a charge for just taking a look at it and the purpose of my visit is to receive a quote, but they wouldn’t listen and refused to let me leave freely. In the end, I had to call the police. Before the police arrived, they finally agreed to settle for a much less sum and after I paid they let me go. An entire afternoon was ruined! However, the African American workers there are very capable and professional. It’s more of an issue with the other more senior and cunning workers who supposedly are the real people running this shop.

Had an issue with my car the day i arrived to New York and stumbled upon this shop. Everyone was so helpful and they were able to get my car in and out quickly! Definitely recommend

I’m going to this amazing place years. Owner Sunny and his all tech staffs are amazing, very helpful. Help my Lexus all the way AC, Hybrid battery, ABS system, brakes all minor and major issues:problem. I used to go Lexus Manhattan. When I met Sunny I save my time and money. Sunny has a good knowledge and good attitude. Loved all about him and his honesty and his wonderful team. Wish him best of luck keep doing all honest and good work.

Elaji is best mechanic always take care of my car this is best shop i always come from brooklyn to cross bridge. Even for oil change brake. Inspection and other they check my car couple of time. For small issue never been charged
