I took my 2017 camaro ss to get repaired at this shop. I spoke with John and Harry. Great guys. Harry communicate with me promptly about the issue with my car, I have extended coverage on my car and they worked with the insurance to cover all repair cost and I only had to pay my deductible which helped me out. I've takin my car to puente hills Chevrolet before and it was a nightmare. These guys are awesome. Great communication, quick service, great job .Thank you Harry and service techs

This was my first time going to a mechanic to get my car diagnosed and fixed. I took my Chevy Malibu in because my check engine light came on. I had a third-party warranty, and I was nervous on how it all worked using a third-party warranty at a mechanic shop. I was relieved when they told me that they accept all third-party warranties, and I was even more relieved when they told me that they have had experience in the past working with the specific type of third-party warranty I had (Mercury Mechanical Protection). I took my car in on a Tuesday morning, I was greeted by a guy who I believe his name was either Harry/Henry, he was very kind, friendly and professional, I communicated what the issues were with my car and told him about my third-party warranty and gave him the information for that and he told me how the process works and that they will contact me if they had any questions/updates on my car and I left it with them. The next day I received a call from him and he said that they ran the diagnostic and he thoroughly explained what was wrong with my car and to my surprise, he said that they already got into contact with my third-party warranty and was in the process of getting everything approved with them so that they could start the repairs on my car. I was fortunate that the warranty covered mostly everything, and whatever was not covered by my warranty I paid out-of-pocket, which was totally understandable. They worked on my car quick and I was not out of a car for long, I took it in on a Tuesday and got it back 3 days later on Friday. I went to pick it up on Friday and I was greeted by John who was also very kind, friendly and professional, I just paid what I had to pay, signed a paper of the work they did and was handed my keys and I left and drove off extremely happy. Overall, my experience here was wonderful and the communication, professionalism and kindness from the staff made my experience here better. I would highly recommend this place and I would trust them again with any work I might need on my car in the future. Thank you so much Hye-Tech Auto Repair.

When my 2016 Silverado engine bit the dust at 112,000 miles. Hye Tech was the only shop with great reviews. After talking to John about my options, I decided to replace the factory AFM engine with a Jasper NON AFM Remanufactured (not rebuilt) engine. This upgrade will remove the 4 cyl. functionality that these engines have issues with. They worked with Jasper to order the new engine, R&R my engine, and get my truck to basically new for 1/6th of the cost of replacing my truck with a new one. They were honest, and a pleasure to work with, didn't even charge me for the 500 mi. oil change to be in compliance with the engine warranty, and even replaced the engine mounts with free labor. John and Harry are very knowledgeable and know what it means to take care of the customer!

I have been bringing our cars to Hye Tech Auto for several years now. After moving to the area I was nervous to find a new mechanic. Reading reviews on line led me to give Hye Tech Auto a try (and the worked with my vehicle warranty company). The knowledge, quality of work, attention to detail and communication impressed me. When my car had issues during the COVID pandemic and parts were scarce, the warranty company tried to get John to install used parts, John refused. He went back and forth with the warranty company on my behalf to ensure quality parts were being installed. In another instance, the dealership couldn't find an intermittent issue with my Wife's car where the engine would just shutoff while driving down the road. The dealership sent us away and really felt like we were just a number. Not John and his team! We brought her car in and they kept the car until they were able to find and repair the issue. All of that took a week and we felt safe knowing the engine wouldn't shut off while driving on the freeway. Now that my kids are driving, we take their car to Hye Tech Auto as well. John, Harry and the team are great and I strongly recommend bringing your cars to Hye Tech Auto, you won't regret it.

Appreciate the detailed explanations of repairs done to my Subaru and Ford! I was even able to see the parts replaced! I was given the best deal, considering their full service and knowledge of what to maintain based on mileage of vehicle. Harry is very friendly and honest with his suggestions regarding repairs. I also appreciate how the business is Carmax recognized for outstanding service!
