DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! If you stay throughout this review, great. If not, I hope you can stay this far for me to tell you to NEVER do business with this place! My 2019 Kia Soul stopped accelerating, so I had it towed to this place. I waited almost a week & a half for them to tell me what was wrong. Mind you, I had to keep calling for them to even tell me. They diagnosed my Kia, and told me my engine is broken. They told me they would charge me $4k-$5k for a new engine that had 61k miles (my engine has 91k miles), so a 30,000 mile difference seemed very off to me. I told them no, I would like to get a second opinion. I had the car towed to Kia of Streetsboro, and my dealership told me the only issue was that I had no oil & 1 needed to replace my brakes & rotors, air filter. I had the work done at Kia, and spent $600 for all of that. My car is running great btw. Regardless, this place does not care about your time, money, and lack ethics. They tried to scam me out of $5k for an engine that DID NOT need replaced. I have also seen google reviews stating that they give free oil changes for those that leave good reviews. Two former employees (not stating names) told me that they are grimy & sneaky. Shame on you, I & A. You cannot run a good, successful business on pure lies & deception. This "company" lacks professionalism. (I am only leaving 1 star bcuz I have to. I would rate you ZERO stars)

I had the most amazing experience with Isaiah Thomas. I was going to cancel my AAA membership. But Isaiah told me not too. He gave me knowledge, support and extended information that I didn't even know that was available to me if I stayed with AAA. Also he was personal , honest , polite, friendly, very very accommodating to to any questions I had questions about. To be honest he made me feel like he cared about his customers. I am very happy with I&A Automotive . You guys are awesome.

Customer service was great. As I walked in, I was welcomed by the staff. As they worked on my car they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the my car was ready. The price was great. My car is fixed and the way it drive feels so smooth. Thank you so much

My wife and I were headed to Cleveland for a wedding when our car broke down. From towing to fixing our car I & A provided quick, professional, friendly service. They were transparent about the issue, which luckily was nothing major or expensive to fix. We couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received.
