Iconic Towing & 4x4 Recovery

My Tesla ran out of battery around Baker and this company saved my day! They picked me up within 30 minutes and put my car in the charging unit. Especially thanking Joaquin the driver who was so professional and kind. He made sure I feel safe during the whole process 🙏

Enrique was a SAINT! I got stuck in sand in a 28ft rv and was terrified that I’d have to start a life in the Mojave desert, since no one could possibly get that behemoth out of the dirt. But I called iconic and not even 20min later Enrique came to the rescue. I saw his heavy duty truck coming down the road and just about cried in relief. He said is was “bad,” but that he’d give it a shot and if he couldn’t get me out then he wouldn’t charge. Then he tied some chains to the back and pulled the rig out of the mess I’d gotten into! I was in awe, but then he went even farther out of his way and also helped me get my tow dolly hooked back up so I could continue on my journey. Amazing customer service, no one else in this area was even willing to try. If you’re in a pinch and don’t think anyone can help, don’t worry because iconic can! He made me feel a lot better about being so dumb driving my rv into sand when he said that he’d been doing this for 10yrs, and apparently has pulled dozens of rvs out of the same bad situation. Thanks iconic, and especially thanks Enrique!!

I am beyond thankful for Enrique and this company! He helped me out of quite a sticky situation, and I don’t think he realized how deep in the desert I was when her took my call and despite that he was very professional, helpful and eventually got me to civilization. He even suggested a couple places to visit since my previous plans were altered due to my predicament. Great guy, would recommend him to anyone!

In a day filled with headaches, Iconic Towing proved to help alleviate some of the stressors. Pricing was transparent/fair, and my tower exhibited outstanding professionalism/competence. Special shoutout to Joaquin for his services. Would highly recommend to anyone finding themselves in the unfortunate circumstance of requiring a tow.

We broke down in the middle of the night. The driver arrived within 30 min and we got to our destination. The price that was quoted for us was honored with no hidden fees (other than the credit card fee which they mentioned up front). The tow truck had 5 extra seats, was clean, and the driver was efficient.
