This is the place for all your Automotive needs ! I got into an accident and my front bumper of my Jeep wrangler was damaged. GEICO recommended me here and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was professional, waiting room clean and welcoming . The snack station was a big plus ! I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee as I waited for my estimate . Ray and Gabriel answered all my questions and showed great customer hospitality. My jeep looks brand new again thank you! I will be back for my inspection .

Did a great job on my Chevy! After a 2 am hit and run outside my house. They completely repaired my car and it looks like it was fresh off the factory floor. Amazing job, service and wonderful friendly staff. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I just wanted to share my experience with Ideal Automotive Services of Elmhurst. A few months ago, I had a little fender bender, and someone recommended them to me. Let me tell you, Service Manager Ray was amazing! He was patient, helpful, and really kept his word. I can't recommend Ideal Automotive Services enough, but be sure to ask for Ray when you go! They'll take great care of you.

I’m so glad GEICO recommended Ideal! After an accident left me without a front bumper, they came to the rescue and did an outstanding job restoring my car to its original beauty. The manager, Ray Zhang, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, from a spotless car wash to the fresh interior scent. Eason, their service professional, also provided exceptional service, keeping me informed every step of the way and even going the extra mile to check my oil and brakes to ensure everything was in top shape. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Knowing they also offer additional services like tire rotations and brake fluid checks gives me great confidence about returning in the future.
