Impact 2 Auto Repair and Collision Center

Had a horrible experience of a crackhead throwing a brick through my windshield on my drive up the grade, also damaging the hood and bumper, as well as my rear window. Sam and his team were amazing and very easy to work with. They did excellent and quality work, communicated often to keep me updated and were done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them and as someone else said, if they could give 10 stars, i would!

I received a quote through the Tesla app from a different Tesla repair location for a broken headlight, that location had terrible Google reviews, so I was hesitant to take my car. I called Impact instead and the quote was very reasonable and the team at Impact were exceptional. They went above and beyond at every opportunity. Their communication was wonderful and they were very fast. It was a delightful customer experience and I would definitely use them again. I would highly recommend Impact 2 Auto Repair.

Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars believe me if I could give it a 10 I would Communication was amazing Drop off was smooth And they detailed my car I was surprised!! I am beyond greatful because it was a mess .. I took my Tesla and they took care of the damage fast THANK YOU !!

I brought my Tesla model 3 in for body work and had an amazing experience with impact 2 auto working with both Sam and Aden. They not only worked with me on the repair work to keep the cost reasonable but also kept me in the loop during the repair. After the repair there was a warning light that came on and Sam took the car back and resolved the issue within a day. Very professional and great place to get body work done.
