Amazing, took 2 used cars for a pre purchase inspection and he saved me from a lemon. Was so honest he recommended to stop getting used cars and consider a lease, when he easily could have continued to get money from me for more pre purchase inspections. Best automotive shop I've been to! They fixed damage (suspension , shock mountain, wheel, tire etc.) caused by pothole due to recent rain. Absolutely phenomenal job. Highly recommend. Price is extremely reasonable as well.

They did a good job on my water pump and engine mount repairs; the price was a lot cheaper than going to the dealer. They were willing to provide customized service based on my specific needs and even provided extra maintenance care at no extra charge.

I had a great experience at Imperial Automotive. The CV axle on my car broke while my family and I were in Cupertino. I had my car towed to them and explained that I live near Sacramento and I'm stuck in Cupertino with a broke down car. They ordered the part right away, finished the repair quickly and charged a reasonable price. We were back on the road within a few hours. Thanks!

I had my car repaired in this place. During the Covid19 period, I drove my car once a week. One day, I drove to a supermarket to purchase something. However my car had a lot of smoking and suddenly stopped working. I found it was because of shortage of coolant. I purchased a can of coolant from this store. I filled it up and drove a few miles. Then it stopped again. I talked to this auto care that I needed to bring my car fixed. They agreed to fix my car as soon as possible. I called my insurance company to have a tow car service. They fixed and replaced the pipe of coolant and checked car engine. The price is very reasonable. Thank you for the quick fix.
