I’ve been here a few times just for wheel alignments since I do all the work on my car myself. This time I didn’t know that I had to make an appointment for a wheel alignment, but that’s my fault for not asking, so I did have to come back. I left my car at 10am when the shop opens and I said I would be back at 4pm to pick it up on my lunch from work. My car was done when I got there at 4 and the alignment was perfect at always. The price was better than all the other places I called. I was trying to get it done on a Saturday, but unfortunately Imperial is not open Saturdays, but everybody needs days off, so I understand. It would be nice if the shop opened earlier in the morning. Overall I don’t have any complaints and I will be going back. I recommend Imperial whenever someone asks about a repair shop. I hope they go. Keep up the good work.

I trusted him blindly, enough to wait for 4 hours just for a car inspection report, he said he would charge $80, Pep Boys charged me $11 only! Wasted 4 hours, thankfully, not an additonal $69!! If only so much for an inspection report, how much additional margin does he make on actual repairs??

When I was referred to imperial I was a little hesitant. It’s not in the greatest area and there’s limited parking. DO NOT let that deter you!! Daniel is an outstanding mechanic and I can’t recommend him enough! He services all our cars now and I’m so thankful to finally have an honest reliable mechanic
