There body work, paint job and ceramic is AMAZING! Mark and Greg took care of my tow service, car, claim and rental. It was a breeze! Christine and Kristy (sorry if I spelled the names wrong) always answer the phone call and are always a pleasure to speak with. Mark and his team at Impressive Auto were amazing. After our accident, he dealt with everything from beginning to end. He spoke and coordinated with our insurance company throughout the entire process. He completed the job in a timely manor and my van looks brand new! And was even there to tow it the second we needed him We didn't have to do a thing except the initial phone calls HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can’t say enough how good this shop is. Not only the scope and quality of work, but the kindness and generosity of Gabe, the owner. I bring all of my cars here and send all of my friends and family for anything related car-related. Bodywork/engine repair, tints ceramic coat, the list goes on. IMPRESSIVE AUTO BODY is the best body shop I’ve ever been to. I received great service from owner, GABE, shop manager, MARK and office manager, CHRISTIE. I’ve never seen such a hardworking team dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Everyone operated as an efficient and effective machine. CHRISTIE had a clean, new rental ready for me upon drop off, GABE handled everything with the insurance company, getting all parts in, and MARK took care of all the work that needed to be done, getting me back on the road ASAP. Impressive Auto Body is the best in the business! My car was hit while I was parked at work. Luckily, a coworker saw the guy hit my car and flagged him down for me. I was extremely irritated about the whole thing. A friend recommended Impressive Auto Body to me. I couldn’t be happier that he did. The shop is experienced, professional, and customer focused; they really went to bat for me against my insurance company. The work they did was AMAZING.
