I scheduled an appointment for an oil change as a first-time customer. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were busy and that I would need to wait several hours. I expressed my frustration, emphasizing that I had specifically made an appointment and could not wait that long. They assured me it would not be a problem. Thirty minutes later, they informed me that the service was complete. Upon reviewing the paperwork, I noticed they had documented an oil change, tire rotation, and full inspection. However, I observed that the tires had not been rotated. When I inquired, they admitted that they had not performed the rotation but marked it as completed for "warranty purposes"—which immediately raised concerns. I then checked the dipstick and found that the oil was still black. When I questioned them about it, service advisor claimed this was normal. This establishment appears to be running a scam by not actually performing the services they claim. I now need to go elsewhere for a proper oil change and will be filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.
