One of the worst car dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. They sold me a defective car that has had water leaking into it since the day I bought it. Now, the transmission computer is damaged, and no warning light is on. Despite the car only having 38,000 miles, they’re insisting that I pay for the repairs. Few years ago they mentioned they fixed the water issue. slowly it was causing corrosion on the wirereached at the computer. 2017 q50

I have been trying to speak to a LIVE agent for over a month.New automated system wants you to make and appointment without asking any questions like price, etc. Have been forced to go elsewhere for service. I need human contact. Got my brakes done at Firestone & New TIRES @Costco.

I’m very displeased with this service center, they’re rude, disrespectful, and in my opinion talk to the customers like they’re stupid…….The main person who i’d like to never deal with, speak to, or breathe the same air with is an individual that sits in the front who you see when you first come in his name is Kevin…..HE FOR SURE IS THE WORST OF WORST…..HANDS DOWN…..He’s very “hood”, and extremely unprofessional. I paid for an alignment and 2 block away from the service center my car still pulls hard to the right……. I would never darken the door steps of this service center again in life, and their sales department is no winner either…..

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This Inifiniti servicing facility has the worst customer service team that they could have gathered. They won’t take your description of issues down correctly and will “visually” inspect your car based on the incorrect issue notated, leading to them send you home with a cleaned car for the $175 diagnostic fee. Upon bringing the car back for the SAME ISSUE, I rediscovered all of the clown shoe nonsense that occurred the last time and more. The employees don’t care and are quick to show it. Infiniti, the “reputable” luxury brand, should be ashamed of the way this facility treats their customers.
