INFINITI of Lynbrook Service

John is a really nice guy. He is up front and takes your info. I've had one or two services here I was not happy about. Ot was resolved, but one of them could have caused damage to my suv.

Needed a new key fob & had my car towed to Infiniti of Lynbrook. Expected the worst because of bad reviews on Google. But from my first conversation with Mohammed I was Impressed by the professionalism, Knowledge, Friendliness and follow through. When I went to pick up my car, everybody was friendly helpful & courteous. I didn’t feel like they were looking to steal my money or take advantage of me. Couldn’t have been happier!!! Also in & out in five minutes. Whats better than that???

I have been to this location a few times now and I was taken care of like I was a family member. I have found the staff their to be friendly. I have NEVER felt uncomfortable While I was their at any time. That last service advisor that handled my Appointment name was Mr. Anil Raghu (Kevin) This guy is SOLID I met him for the first time The last time I was their and when it was time for me to leave I felt as if we knew each other for YEARS. My visit before that my service advisor was MR. RICO I don't remember his full name But I know his first name is Mr. RICO. I found him to Be a SOLID individual also. So far I am loving the service @ this establishment. THANK YOU GUYS.

My guy Mohammed was so helpful. If ya coming here definitely ask for Mohammed . He really looked out. I’m definitely coming back because of him.
