We have a motorhome on a Freightliner chassis. While on I 80 in Omaha warning light said hot engine, shut down. We pulled to the inner berm and were not able to get out of coach because of heavy traffic only a couple of feet from our door. Call Freightliiner dealer who said he couldn't be of any help because he was too backed up. I asked for any recommendations and he said Inland Truck Parts and Service. I was finally able to look at engine bay after Omaha police arrived. Looked like a belt was thrown. I then called Inland and explained my situation. It was about 1 pm on a Friday. Austin said that if I could get it there they would look at it and if it was something simple they would try and fix it. I got the truck towed to the shop and got the diagnosis of a frozen water pump. My heart sank....I knew this would be waiting until the next week. But then Austin said if he could get the part, he had a mechanic (Joseph) that was willing to stay and finish the job no matter how long it took.They were able to get the part and finish the job while we took our car and grabbed some food. Day saved! I can't thank Austin and Joseph enough. I am an older guy and this is what quality customer service used to be. The shop is very large, clean and well run. I generally use Freightliner for repairs on things that I cannot handle, but if I lived in Omaha I would definitely go to Inland. Also, the work was done quickly and at a very fair price. Thank you Austin and Joseph again!!!

Had to have a driveshaft shortened for my truck, brought it into the shop and it was done by the time I needed it. They replaced the u joints and painted the driveshaft as well all for a great price. I want to thank Clayton for the good customer service and the great work.
