Inphase Car Audio

Based on my experience with this company, it lacks ethics and integrity. Earlier this summer I went in to have the front speakers replaced in my Jeep Liberty. I had a pleasant chat with Jesse while waiting. After a while he came back and explained to me why they were unable to install the speakers, which I understood. Since the door panels were already removed, he said he had to go and put them back together before I could leave. When he returned his demeanor had changed and I actually wondered if I said something wrong as he seemed to be in a hurry for me to leave. I never thought about it further until the other day when I decided to do deep cleaning on my Jeep interior. The passenger door panel was not put on properly that day and when I tried to put it in place one of the plastic pins was loose and fell out. I am an older female who is alone so now I have a headache with this. The attached pictures were taken after the pin fell out and before that happened the gap was bigger since the panel was sitting against the loose pin. Worse yet, the heavy weather strip around that door has a large piece ripped out. It appears the loose door panel might have caught on it and tore it, or the damage was done some other way when they worked on it. The speakers I brought were on the passenger seat that day. I never use the passenger side of my Jeep which is why I didn't find the damage until the other day. It is in excellent condition and had zero damage to any part of the weather strip or interior until this trip to InPhase. It has not been in for any service, nor has anyone used that door or seat and there is no other way this damage could have occurred. I'm on disability income and cannot afford to replace the weather stripping so I am really angry about this. Again, lack of ethics and integrity. Shame on them. Please be sure to check over every part of your vehicle if you use this shop.

Super friendly and helpful. Jesse saved the day and got us set up with a remote start. Would highly recommend this business to anyone for their audio/remote start needs. Definitely the best of its kind in Omaha hands down!

I'm a former customer. This store has grossly inflated all their products. You'll save a bundle purchasing your items online! They charge over 40% more for installation fees, compared to their competitors! Their claims of having the best audio installation team is an overstatement. Shop around and save!

They said it was gonna be 3 hrs for the install it took 3hrs they let me hang out for the 3hrs. They were vary informed and vary polite. They showed me the system once it was installed and the quote was spot on. I highly recommend going here !

I was gifted a car starter that was bought at this location. They said they could install a car starter in my car. It was fully paid for and ready for install. When I picked up the car after install and got it home, the car starter didn’t work. I took the car back in to get the issue fixed THREE TIMES. They were rude and tried to charge me every time the car was brung back in to fix their initial mistake of improper installation. They never did fix the issue. I ended up having to bring my car back in again and have the car starter removed because they could not figure out how to get it to work.
