I've been bringing my cars here for 30 years and these guys have always provided dependable, excellent service. So much so that I'd rather bring my new car to them instead of going to the dealership for "free" oil changes (where they will undoubtedly tell me I need additional $$$ services and a plethora of hard up sells). I have brought all my cars to the Pierson location for a very long time. After I got an oil change on Saturday, I started hearing a rattling noise. When I got under my car today, the aluminum plate under my engine has a bent up section in the middle, and 2 screws that hold one side are missing. All my valve caps on my wheels were loose, and one is missing. I will not be back

Web page stated their hours to close at 4pm on Saturdays. So we Busted our tails arrived at 3:40 and this clown came out to our car to inform us. The 6 or so men working could not change our oil because he has to show his car at 4. This for me is totally unacceptable. You work the hours you are scheduled, if something comes up you have someone else work the shift. WHEN you can get the service it's great, BUT totally disappointed. No I won't be back. There are oil change facilities or two all over.

Got my oil change & the attendants were nice & not pushy. They even gave my puppy a treat. Will come back for the great service.

Went here after going to another location but same company 4 oil changes in a row so this made 5 oil changes and they tried to sell me a 25 dollar drain plug because the first guy said the top was rounded off and didn't want to put it back in. When i refused he became angry and walked away! The second guy who only came when the person under the car said i need a drain plug! They said to him wait! The second person introduced himself as the manager and said the treads are messed up and he would not put in a the old drain plug that I had to buy a new one. When I told him I was a mechanic for 35 years and that I was not paying for a new drain plug that is 25 dollars when I can buy one for 6 dollars online he got very rude and told everyone to stop working on my vehicle. Said he would finish it. The drain plug went in as it should and has not leaked since. I ordered the same plug online for 6 dollars and that included the shipping! The drain plug was fine. Yes they, insta lube had done the oil changes since we bought this vehicle. They messed up that drain plug and rounded the head on this drain plug and then wanted to charge me 3 times the amount to replace it! 😤 Talk about thieves!
