I brought my truck to have insufficient funds off-road install a set of Bilstein 6112 front struts and bilsteins b8 upper control arms. Tarryn was very responsive via email leading up to the appointment and is on her game as far as knowing the vehicle, the part, the process. Nick installed the equipment and his attention to detail is right on the money. Hes a real pro. Thrilled that I was able to find a local family operated shop. The pricing at insufficient off-road is absolutely fair, in keeping with their name. Clear and concise quotes which appear to be based more off of their actual time, rather than flat or book rate. For someone who does a lot DIY, not being price gouged for a parts install was really refreshing and reinforced the fact that you were dealing with real people, and not a computer interface. Insufficient funds has earned my highest recommendation. I will be bringing them more business in future, and I hope you will too!
