This was my first time utilizing this business, and I am glad I did. Driving around NY and doing business has never been fun, but this experience was as pleasant as one could imagine. Other than a few low bridges, a normal GPS guided me directly to the driveway. When I arrived, I was greeted by the technician who went straight to work. The manager came out to the bay, and talked about options for me. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes, and I spent about 15 minutes just chatting with the manager. I had my tire repaired, options given, and some history for less than others charge for used products and rushed rude service. I hope I don't need Inner City again, but if I have tire trouble, I am glad to know they are there. Very good business and people.

I'm an owner operator and on 9/25/2017 I had the misfortune of bending a rim an damaging a tire on my trailer. I googled all the road repair shops in the area read the reviews and picked the best one and hoped for the best. They showed up and were very friendly. They quoted me a price and to my surprise they were very fair and didn't gouge me. I would recommend Inter City tire to all my fellow drivers. Thank you Inter City tire for your help.

I call the manager in NJ and am told that new, brand name tires will be delivered to the Jamaica location. I drive a half hour over the the Merrick Blvd location and find used tires with patches that have the serial numbers rubbed off the actual tires. I ask the manager of the Merrick Blvd location what's happening and he says that he's got two alternatives to go with instead of the tires that were delivered for me. I questioned why he knew I'd need alternatives and all he did was smile and give a poor excuse. Once again, I called the NJ location manager who stated that he'd try to offer me something else, but never got back to me. This place is completely dishonest, overpriced and treats customers as if they're idiots.

Their shop in Queens NY. Good group of guys. Good prices. Good service. I was really impressed. I'll go there again for tractor and trailer tires.
