They were sent to me through my roadside assistant. I had a flat on I77. The man showed up tried to get my tire off said he couldn't do it that my lug nuts were stripped. It is a new car ( he stripped them) then he proceeded to tell me he could not fix my tire and if he towed me anywhere it was going to cost and left me on I 77. What a shifty thing to do. I would not recommend this company for anything.

The mechanics are liars- DONT TRUST THEM. They quoted me $1200, I did a little research and fixed my car with a $30 part and only a screwdriver in 15 minutes with knowing very little about cars. My car was having issues starting and they told me I had to get both an ignition cylinder lock and ignition switch and quoted $1200 to replace both. When I asked them to explain what’s wrong with it, they made something up about a rod being broken and because of how the car was made I HAD to replace both parts, and they would’ve had to reprogram a new key. I spent 30 minutes researching and figured out they lied and I only needed the switch which is an extremely easy fix and I did not need to replace both. All I needed was a 10 minute YouTube video. They lied and tried to rip me off probably assuming a woman wouldn’t know any better.

Called for Tow services , Representative Kees was on time, had great communication, was very knowledgeable and friendly. On time dropping off to the location. Fantastic service overall, very happy with the customer. Definitely recommend.
