Okay so I never write reviews, EVER. But Craig and his shop deserve more than this review! Here is my back story: I was rear ended on shoreline and the guy who hit me (from the back) is now claiming it is my fault. It took months of fighting and hassling with insurance adjusters before I just decided to use my own insurance. I initially took my car to another shop because that is where the other person's insurance wanted to get an estimate. Terrible experience overall at that place and bad service. Anyways, after going through my insurance, I got to choose where I wanted to take my car and my boyfriend said everyone loves Iron Horse so we got it in that same week. Craig was awesome and more than happy to see us and do business. He communicated well with our insurance company and let me know what was going on. My car was finished two days earlier than estimated and I just picked it up today! CRAIG AND HIS STAFF PERFECTED MY CAR!!!! It literally looks brand new!! They also detail washed the entire car. Look at how freaking clean my wheels are! I highly recommend Iron Horse to anyone. Extremely professional, clean, timely, and friendly. We will be going back to them for our car we just bought and anything else that we need auto body repairs for. THANK YOU AGAIN CRAIG AND IRON HORSE STAFF(:

Bobbi and her team are awful. A little while ago I needed some work done on my yellow corvette. All I needed was for my front bumper to me touched up with some paint along with my seat belt to be fixed. After having the car for a week and not hearing anything, she sent me an invoice for $5000. Saying they had to remove the bumper and essentially start from scratch(not true). I didn't have any other options however so I went through with it. Well, it took them almost 50 days to get me the car back and when they did, the corvette lettering on the front was missing. Bobbi told me she would have it for me in 2 weeks at the time. Since then, it has been 8 months and I still have not gotten the lettering. I have called 5 times in the last 6 months. I either get no answer or someone puts me on hold and then never comes to the phone. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE HORRIBLE

These guys are literal angels. Wish I got the name of the man who made sure my car was road-worthy after I tore my underbody cover off so I could make it home 2 days before Christmas. Fast, kind and beautiful humans

Bobbi and her team are knowledgeable, professional and patient. She answered all my questions (and there were a lot!) and helped me get my car repaired after a hit and run. I would highly recommend them.

Brett was absolutely helpful today, my wife had a little issue with her car and took it in to get an estimate to get it repaired. Brett took the car and buffed out the scratches at NO CHARGE!! How great is that!! I've had Iron Horse work on this car in the past and has done absolutely wonderful work. I'm giving them 5 stars for their customer service and workmanship. I'd recommend them for any auto body repair.
