DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! What started off as a good thing quickly turned into a nightmare. Chad was initially very helpful, brought him some business with tires I needed installed on my SUV and everything went fine. Then I brought him my truck, 2011 Ram with a misfire code, I told him I think it’s cams and lifters. He has my truck and says it’s not that and probably just spark plugs for the misfire. He also caught a failing water pump (nice work) I was super happy with the diagnosis knowing that cams and lifters would be expensive. Well after $600 a water pump and spark plugs I still had a misfire as soon as I left the shop I turned right around. He told me bring it on the weekend as he was trying to work with my schedule. Well that weekend turned into two weeks with my truck getting put to the wayside. When I finally spoke up about it being over two weeks he threw a tantrum and told me to come get my truck. Chad is unreliable, he doesn’t listen to his customers who told him exactly what was wrong, next shop diagnosis was exactly what I said it was, cams and lifters which now I have to replace the motor because I drove it for another week after Chad told me I was good to go. So what could have been $2,500 in his pocket is now 4 grand out of mine. And he cussed me out as I left his shop while he was crying over $5 he failed to tell me was on the bill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Edit to owners reply I was not asked to get my truck due to my behavior you blatant liar. Do I need to post screenshots where you tell me you have a family emergency and that you “can’t work” on my vehicle.

Chad is a very knowledgeable, and honest auto tech. I needed my plow truck fixed ASAP, and he got it done between snowfalls for me. There was a persistent problem, but he stuck with it and kept my truck moving and my business making money!

He did amazing on my vehicle he was fast efficient and kept in touch it wasn't to pricy. Baseline he was amazing made sure I had the best new parts. I'm just totally amazed how awesome this experience was and how fast he was able to help me. Best place I've ever gotten my vehicle fixed and. I'd recommend this place over any other place.
