9/17/24 update John and the Irvine Auto Care team are still top notch. Thank you for taking care of our family vehicles. 1/15/2024 update... Still 5 Stars for John Brito & the team. From scheduling an appointment, vehicle drop-off, inspection and recommended services to pick up. Irvine Auto Care is only getting better. I'll be back again and again. Thank you for the excellent service! 3/24/2022 update... John & Adrian & Team are still at it. Still providing excellent service and expertise. This shop is legit! ONLY place I trust with my family's vehicles. Thank you guys for all your hard work! Very very much appreciated! 4/21/2021 update... literally the same exact experience from 2 years ago. Except with our 2018 Q7 this time. Made an appointment over the phone for a morning drop off at 8am. 1040am John let's me know car is all checked out and they're working on it now. Gave me updates and provided some factory maintenance suggestions. I appreciate the information and advice. Our vehicle is in great hands with Irvine Auto Care! 2 years ago- Just had a great service experience with Jon and the rest of the Irvine Auto Care team. I called yesterday to schedule service on a 2011 Lexus IS250. It was already afternoon so they didn't have any same-day openings, but I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind waiting until the next day for morning drop off. I was greeted immediately by John and he is extremely knowledgeable and let me know exactly what to expect. 8am drop-off, 10:30am follow up with updates on the vehicle, and finally 2:45pm car is ready for pickup, they close at 5pm so no rush. Simple and easy. Thank you Irvine Auto Care, we'll definitely be back!

Professional service, fair price, great people! I came here for engine oil change and transmission fluid repair in the morning and was able to pick up on the afternoon. Appointment only.

I have beeb coming here for over 10 years to have my cars worked. John is always helpful, honest and I never had an issue. I highly recommend this repair shop

HIGHLY recommend this place. This is the only mechanic my husband and I will go to. They take honesty to the next level, and make the entire process seamless for people like me who know nothing about cars. They will send you a video of their findings and a simple link where you have the option to approve or decline services. Prices are decent and not overly inflated. I'd recommend this place to my friends, family, literally anyone and everyone. Go here if you need to take your car in!
