I've taken my car there on a couple occasions the last year or so as well as recommended this place to some family. When the dealer wanted to charge me an outrageous price for some of the repairs I needed, Arturo and his crew came to the rescue with transparent and fair prices, honest recommendations, etc. Tough to put a price on that kind of service & reliability these days! Highly recommend!

Can never get Hector on the phone, and he was never there during regular business hours. Arturo seems like a good guy, but he always told me I had to talk to Hector. Didn't get the HOV stickers Hector said he'd get, but also didn't tell me he couldn't get them, so I wasted a month before ordering them myself. When I was told the repair was complete and there were no problems, I was shocked that I still have BSM and RCTA error messages. No apology for the fact he didn't fix it, and I was just told I'd have to figure out how to get that fixed myself. So he returned a broken car to a customer, which seems very unprofessional, and will surely cost more because the repair place will have to remove the bumper and do other things that should have been done while it was still at this shop. Hector told me I was lying when I said over the phone that the side molding hadn't been repaired, then whined about being disrespected when I had told him three times that it wasn't fixed and I used an unfortunate word in my frustration. When I showed up a few minutes later, seemed annoyed that his own people hadn't done the work, but still wanted to be a baby ("I was having a good day until the way you talked to me") about the fact that he'd heard a bad word. It pains me to write this, because I wanted to support the local small business, but I would recommend to people that they go literally anywhere else. 2 stars because the repair itself looks great, but all the bad review because the communication and lack of complete work.

I took my car to have my bumper repaired and Hector and his crew did a Fantastic job, but more importantly, they didn't try to rip me off. Their prices are super reasonable for the quality of work they perform.

Great placed Great People Hector is honest and upfront on the repairs. My family and I have been coming here for years, for the same great service.

My son had an emergency with his car...they fixed same day for a reasonable price...much thx to the owner/manager
