I failed to put in a review after my first experience, but now that I've had another request of them, I had to share. I have a Prius, and not only has my car been serviced right the first time, but I also saved in comparison to the dealers quote. From the looks of it, this team has lots of experience on different types of vehicles. They communicated well and made sure I understood all my options. They finished the car when they said they would, and I was back on the road with a comfortable ride thanks to then doing so much, which included the shocks. They even made suggestions that the dealer didn't so I'm now ahead of my next service. Bring your car in for a second opinion here as the guys were trustworthy, I know cause I checked elsewhere. Great service, quality work and friendly people.

I waited months to give this review so it wasn't done out of being upset or angry it was done honestly and after thinking about it for some time..... The reason I give it one star is because work was done on my vehicle that I did not ask to do, when I told them I was on a budget they then began to treat my vehicle and my repairs like I was being cheap and my budget was $1,500 on just to get the car started... So I don't believe it was a low dollar amount. It cost me $1,480 to replace the crankshaft and the work that was done without my approval was replacing the battery and making a key for my car which was included in that 1480. The treatment that I received when I went and picked up my car was not very well but when I was taking my car there before I took it there the treatment was excellent. I don't know this mechanic has so many great reviews however I didn't have that experience. Within a few months my car is not starting again so I don't believe they fixed the issue. They are not upfront and honest like you want your mechanic to be.

J and A automotive is the BEST ! Honest and won’t try and sell you anything you don’t need . Their prices are great and work is top notch .So nice to find a business that you can trust !

Great customer service. I love that they don’t overcharge or over book appointments. Our cars are always done correctly and we never have any problems. Best Automotive shop around.

I just had a wonderful experience with J&A. My first time getting a repair with them and I will be a repeat customer as well as recommending to friends and family. My car was looked at and repaired on the same day brought in, plus an oil change, tire rotation, and various other safety checks. I got an extremely reasonable and honest price. The woman at the front office was so friendly. I also spoke with Jacob and felt like my car had been in expert care. Would give more stars if I could.
