2023 Edit- they said a lawer has video of me doing burnouts and doughnuts. Ok? But my dipstixk clip is still not installed. Good thing I work for a nice shop so I can just fix it myself. Now I work on my own car do yourself a favor and do not bring it here. I've got plenty of evidence for their mishap but seeing how j&a never made it to small claims court I'm not worried about taking this any further. Wish this shops customer service/ managment took more care of the customer and responsibility for a mistake rathan than care for their wallet therefore damaging the reputation. thats how you keep people integrity over money. Own up! Thanks! (Original) Brought my car here for a timing belt and water pump replacement. Unfortunately the dip stick tube and clip was left out of the car causing oil to go everywhere. I called it a mistake and they kindly deliver the missing part to me ans installed it same day. (Still forgot to install clip) Unfortunately the next day my car has started to stutter, smoke out of both ends and has a huge loss of power. Now I'm selling my vehicle to pay my bills since I have no way to my job. Unfortunate is about all I can say.

Same day service...the fella came out to do a diagnostic reset of the steering angle sensor, took a picture of the estimate from Great Lakes Hyundai of Dublin but the reset did not take. They did not ask for a cent that Saturday, fast forward two weeks later, here we are. I've tried messaging with them to negotiate a price for repairs but no luck.

After well over $1000 In repairs my front end worse than when I took it in. I will not be back. Avoid. If they are indeed closed a good thing… they will not ruin an otherwise usable car as they did to me. And per the response…. I did reach out and never got a call back. Awful service and a terrible experience. Over $1000 to fix my car and it’s essentially ruined. Avoid…. Not sure who I was to reach out to… you just replaced parts and fixed nothing. Avoid. Well over $1000 completely wasted.

Miracle Workers!!. James and Jessie are amazing. They came with a tow truck to pick up my car, which was in pieces. Half of the engine was still under the hood, but the other half was in numerous pieces between the back seat and the trunk, with a box full of mixed up nuts and bolts (a job that was abandoned by a different mechanic.) I really thought there was no hope for it, but frankly I couldn't afford to buy another car. Within a week James and Jessie had the engine back together in perfect running order. James and Jessie were efficient, kind and considerate. They communicated well and kept me updated throughout the process. The cost for this job was very reasonable compared to other shops in the area. They are definitely my new mechanics going forward. 5 Stars +++!
